Cost of Live Event Painting

The starting price for Live Event Painting is $1,500+ and includes:

• All supplies (paint, canvas, brushes, etc.)

  $1,500.00

• 16" x 20"

• 18” x 24” 

• 22” x 28”

  $3,000.00

• 24” x 36”

• 30 x 40”

  • Wedding couple + background painted in detail

  • 25+ hours of studio painting time to complete the piece

  • Painting delivered or shipped to couple up to 8 weeks following the reception date

Travel

Travel expenses may include rental car and mileage, airfare, and overnight hotel accommodations, based on the below. 

Travel expenses for events located more than an hour’s drive from my Columbus, OH studio will require an additional charge. If the distance is greater than three hours by car, the client will need to pay the cost of a round trip plane ticket and a hotel room for one night if I am unable to fly back immediately after the event.

Any travel expenses will be discussed in the initial consultation and included as part of the agreement.

 For venues located within the Columbus, OH region, there are no additional travel costs.

Shipping

Shipping or delivery is not included in the package pricing.

Tax

Sales tax of 7% is NOT included in the pricing and will be added to the package price.

Deposit

A non-refundable installment of 25% of the cost is due upon booking your live painting event. The remaining 75% payment is due three weeks prior to the event date. If the event is cancelled less than 7 days before the event, but greater than 48 hours prior to the event, the 75% payment will be refunded to the client. Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled live painting event.

 If travel accommodations have been scheduled and confirmed prior to cancellation, any cost incurred will be non-refundable.
